President Coolidge replied as follows: "I have been gratified to receive your Majesty's gracious message of apprecia tion of the rescue of the entire crew of the British steamer Antinoë by the American steamer President Roosevelt, and the families of those who lost their lives in this humanitarian effort shall be advised of your generous expression of condolence.
