sion lies between Haiphong and Tourane,

A depression has formed over the Gulf of J'otoblií.

The Pacific depression has filled up.

Pressure is highost to the East of the 140th degree. It has decreased moderately along bl2+ E. and N.E. counts of Chins and increased lightly over the Central Philippines, and moderately over Annam and the Loschoos

Modorato S. to S.E. winds are indiosted over the N W. portion of China Sea and light or variable winds over the N.E. portion.

Hongkong rainfall for 24 hours ending at 10a.m. to-day, 0.30 inches.
