The Chinese strumer Kwangtak, from Shang- hai 11th Feb., had foggy weather after leaving port, and in consequence and to lio ut suchor for hours at the mouth of the Yangtsza river. Foggy bad hazy weather down to Pata- hekk, and from there right down to this port struug N. to N.. winds and seas with serust weather.
