MI LAI Kwok-hung

Mr Lai has been a member of the Central & Western District Board since 1985. He chaired the Community Building and Services Committee from 1986 to 1988 and the Transport and Traffic Committee from 1994 to 1996.

Mr LAM Kwok-hing. Wilfred

Mr Lam is a founding member of the Kwai Tsing Lions Club and was Chairman of the Club from 1994 to 1995. He also formed the Kwai Tsing Leo Club in 1994, one of the most active youth groups in the district.

Mr LAM Man-fai

Mr Lam has been a member of an Area Committee since 1986, the Wong Tai Sin District Board since 1988 and the Urban Council since 1995. He is involved in a wide range of community affairs.

Dr LEUNG Man-fuk

A medical consultant, Dr Leung also helps to provide social services for the elderly. He has been chief editor of the Hong Kong Journal of Gerontology since 1987.

Mr LI Sing-pak

A professional social worker, Mr Li became Secretary of Yuen Long Town Hall in 1980. The Town Hall has now become a well known community centre offering a wide range of social services to Yuen Long residents.

Mr LI Siu-wah

Mr Li has been a Civil Aid Services volunteer member for 24 years. He has been involved in operations, training and the management of Vietnamese migrant

camps.
