Mr CHAN Ying-shu

Mr Chan has been a volunteer member of the Auxiliary Medical Services for 22 years. He devised and introduced a physical fitness training programme for the service.

Mr CHAN Yuek-sut, Joseph

Mr Chan is a member of the Urban Council and the Southern District Board. He is the founding member of a non-profit making organisation which provides pre- primary education for children from public housing estates.

Mr CHIU Wai-ming

Mr Chiu is an expert on education for physically handicapped children. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Society of Boys' Centres since 1983.

Rey CHU Yiu-ming

Rev Chu is Principal Pastor of the Chai Wan Baptist Church. He has provided a variety of community programmes, including rehabilitation schemes for drug addicts and criminals and counselling services for AIDS victims.

Mr John DOCKERILL

Mr Dockerill has been involved in planning and management in Hong Kong tertiary institutions for over 20 years. He is currently Vice-President (Planning and Information) and Secretary to Council of the City University of Hong Kong.

Mr HQ Kwan-yiu. Junius

A solicitor by profession, Mr Ho is also the Chairman of Yan Oi Tong, the largest charitable organisation in Tuen Mun. He is a member of a number of other boards and committees.
