Mr LING Man-hoi

Mr Ling is a member of the Sai Kung District Board and was also a co-opted member of the Regional Council Sai Kung District Committee from 1989 to 1995. He has been involved in housing affairs and the District Fight Crime Committee.

Mr LQUR Tsang-tsay, Lawrence

Mr Lour has been a member of the Sai Kung District Civic Education Promotion Committee since 1989 and its Chairman since 1990. He also chairs the Tseung Kwan O North Area Committee.

Mr TAM Ping-fai

Mr Tam served on the Sham Shui Po District Board from 1985 to 1991. He is Vice-Chairman of the Sham Shui Po Central Area Committee and Chairman of the Cheung Sha Wan Kaifong Welfare Association.

Mr TONG Kang-chung

Mr Tong has served on area committees in Wan Chai for over 15 years. He has been active in road safety, care for the elderly, Girl Guides, Junior Police Call and a number of other community organisations.

Mrs Diana WONG IP Wai-ying

Mrs Wong is the Principal of St Paul's Secondary School. She is also an office bearer in, or a member of, a wide range of bodies dealing with education matters.

Ms WONG Kwai-wan

Ms Wong has been a member of the Sham Shui Po District Board since 1988. She has been active in supporting the underprivileged, the poor and the disabled in the District.
