Mr. Justin YUE Kwok-hung
Mr. Yue joined the Trade Industry and Customs Department
in 1968 and was promoted to Deputy Commissioner in 1979.
He has been in charge of the Department's Textile Controls Division, dealing with Hong Kong's various textile
restraint agreements with some eight countries. He has served
on most of Hong Kong's Textile Delegations over recent years and
has made an outstanding contribution to the negotiations.

Mr. Gabriel Manso ANTONIO
Warrant Officer Antonio has a record of long and
enthusiastic service as a Volunteer. He has for the last fifteen years been the backbone of the supplies section. As a Warrant Officer, he was largely responsible for training of the airmen who took part in the parade when the unit was presented with its standard by H.R.H., The Prince of Wales in 1979. That the parade went well and the turn-out a credit to the unit was largely due to his efforts.
Mr. CHAN Kwok-leung

Mr. Chan joined the Government in 1955 as a Temporary
Since that time he has been employed in the Finance Section of the Social Welfare Department's Headquarters and has worked his way up through the ranks of the Clerical Grade. He was promoted to Senior Clerical Officer in 1974. During his service he has been a stalwart in the Department's accounting
administration; he has been instrumental in the smooth and
efficient running of all aspects of the section's work, and
he has readily made his experience available in the training and
guidance of his juniors.
