Mr Brian HAIGH

Mr Haigh joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1958

and after serving in various Formations was posted to Special Branch

in 1967. He was promoted to Chief Superintendent in 1979. He has

been responsible for the organisation and supervision of security

arrangements for Heads of State and other visitors of the highest

importance. He has commanded operational units of the Special

Branch and is now commanding the Production Division.

Mr Gordon JACK

Mr Jack joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in

1957, and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1977.

Most of his service has been in operational Uniform

Branch/posts, including command of Western Division, Police

Detective Training School and, currently, Eastern Division, to all

of which he has brought energy and a high standard of professional

ability and a keen sense of fairness and justice.

Mr Lionel LAM Kin

Mr Iam joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1965 and

has served in the Uniform Branch, the Criminal Investigation

Department and Special Branch.
