Mrs NG Muk-kah

NG Muk-kah, known to the Royal Navy as Jenny, started her

Side Party in 1928, painting ships of the Royal and Commonwealth

Navies in Hong Kong. She has never accepted any payment and has only

accepted items of scrap from the ships as her reward.

Her workmanship has always been of the highest standard and

she has shown justified pride in her work. All who have served with

the Royal or Commonwealth Navies in Hong Kong remember Jenny with

Mr PANG Kwei-cheong

Mr Pang joined the Hong Kong Government in 1960. He was

promoted to Clerical Officer I in 1975.

During 1979, the Registration of Persons Office, where
