Mr. TANG Siu-khai
Throughout his 23 years police career, Mr. Tang has given loyal
and dedicated service to the Force. Since becoming an NCC in 1966, he
has been commended six times, once by the Commissioner and five times
by his Commanding Officers for various good work including detection
of crime and internal security duty during civil disturbances. He stands
out amongst his fellow Station Sergeants as a tireless and extremely
keen officer who tackles his work with zeal and eagerness.

Mr. Peter John WEBB
Mr. debb joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as an Inspector
in 1962. He was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1977.
During his survice Mr. Webb has received one commendation from
his Commanding Officer. de is a first class officer who proved himself
an outstanding Divisional Superintendent, by his fine personel example,
and by long hours of sustained hard work, far beyond the normal call of
duty. Having been given acting promotion to command the Police Training
School at aberdeen, he has already made a very effective contribution to
the running of this important establishment.
