Mr. Lai Cheung
Mr. Lai Cheung has served the Government for over 30 years,
20 of which have been on the staff of Government House as a chauffeur.
He has been the Senior Private Chauffeur to His Excellency the
Governor since July 1975.

Mr. MUI Sie-mn
Mr. Mui worked for the British Army Aid Group in China
for 2 years during World War II. He joined the Treasury as a clerk in June 1946 and is the longest serving clerk in the
department. He was promoted to General Clerical Service Class I in 1966.

Mr. Shiu Kwok-kwan
Mr. Shiu joined the Registrar General's Department in 1948 as a Temporary Clerk. In 1949 he was employed on permanent and pensionable terms and in 1966 he was promoted to Senior Clerical
Officer.
During his service with the department Mr. Shiu has worked
in the Land Office on registration duties.

Mr. Siu Fook-chuen
He
Mr. Siu joined the Hong Kong Government in 1951 as a
Squatter Control coolie in the former Resettlement Department. was promoted to Ganger in 1952, Foreman Class III in 1961 and
Foreman Class II in 1972. He has worked in both the Estate Management
Branch and Squatter Control Division of the present Housing Department.
Mr. Siu has been a member of the Housing Department Staff
He was
Association for 10 years and is now the Vice-Chairman, formerly a member of the Auxiliary Medical Service from 1962-1966.
