Mr. Lu Hsiang-ting
Mr. Lu joined Government in 1951 as a Labourer in the Police
Radio Workshop. In 1953 he was appointed as a Police Constable, was thereafter promoted through the ranks to Station Sergeant and transferred to civilian status as an Assistant Police Research Officer in 1964. Since
1957 he has served continuously in Special Branch.

Major Noshir Pheroz Pavri, §.D.
Major Pavri joined the Hong Kong Reginent in 1952. He was promoted Sergeant in 1963, commissioned in 1964 and promoted to his present rank in 1973. He was appointed Second-in-Command in 1976.
In civilian life Major Pavri is a businessman with many other commitments, including membership of the Hong Kong War Memorial Fund.

Mr. Cheng Yuk-lan
After three years service as a Prison Warder, Mr. Cheng joined
the Preventive Service in 1961 as an Assistant Revenue Officer. He
carmed accelerated promotion through the supervisory ranks to reach the
highest rank in the Revenue Officer Class in 1971. He has been twice
commended for initiative and devotion to duty. His post of Principal
Revenue Officer Class I was regraded in 1977 to that of Chief Customs Officer. He is now employed at the Customs and Excise Service Training
School.

Hr. Kwok Krone tin
Mr. Kack was appointed a Temporary Clerk in 1946 and eventually
promoted to Senior Clerical Officer in 1970. He is an expert on hawker
licensing, a field in which he has worked for the past 22 years.
