Mr. Siu Yu-hong joined the Government in 1950 as 'a
Labourer. He was appointed Temporary Storekeeper in 1957, and subsequently promoted to Supplies Supervisor III in 1963, Supplies Supervisor II in 1967 and Supplies Supervisor I in 1976.

He was a member of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment (Volunteers) from March 1957 to May 1969 and was awarded the Efficiency Medal in April 1969.

In
Mr. Wong joined the Civil Service in 1940 as a Detective District Watchman under the Secretariat for Chinese Affairs. 1969 he was regraded a Liaison Assistant Class II and became finally a Clerical Officer Class II in 1976.

Mr. Yeung joined the Government as a G.C.S. III in 1949. He was promoted to G.C.S. II in 1953 and to G.C.S. I in 1964.
