Mr. Cheung Yee

Mr. Cheung is an outstanding sculptor and print-maker. His works are to be found in the Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Museum of Modem Art of Mexico, the National History Museum of Taipei and elsewhere.

His style has led to the evolution of a new school of moder sculpture in Hong Kong. He is also a teacher in sculpture and print-making, and for many years he has taught in the two Universities in Hong Kong. Through his one-man shows and group shows held in many overseas countries, he has spread the image of Hong Kong sculpture abroad.

Mr. Chu Sheung-kwan

Mr. Chu joined the Maintenance Branch of the Architectural Office in November 1959. For 10 years Mr. Chu was in charge of maintenance of Government buildings in the Central District, Hong Kong Island, which includes buildings such as Government House, the City Hall and the Supreme Court.

Mr. Chu retired from the service in September 1977 but has been re-employed from 1st June 1978 for 12 months specifically to supervise the refurbishment and modemisation of Government House.

Mr. Paul Lim How-ping, J.P.

Mr. Lin has devoted much of his time to public service. He has been an employers' representative on the Labour Advisory Board for 10 years, served as a member of the Committee on Apprenticeship of the Industrial Training Advisory Committee from 1968 to 1972 and subsequently on the same Committee of the Hong Kong Training Council from 1974 to 1976.

He was a founder and member of the Jaycees. He is an active member of the Roman Catholic employers' group, Christian Association for Executives, which promotes social consciousness among employers. He is an adviser to the Bishop Bianchi College of Careers and member of the Hong Kong Management Association, the Hong Kong Sooiety for Rehabilitation, and
