welfare facilities in Hong Kong.

Mr. Brian Denis TILSON, J.P.
r. Wilson joined the Government in 1948 as an Administrative Officer. He has served in many departments and in the Government Secretariat. He was Commissioner for Transport from 1971-73 and has been Director of Urban
Services since 1973. Throughout his career he has been well-known for his
efficiency, diplomacy and skill.

Mr. Willian Collins BULL, J.P.
r. Bell joined the Public Works Department in 1953 as an on; imeor.
He has held many senior manageriant positions in the Department and was
appointed Deputy Director in 1975. He has acted as Director on severel
occasions.
r. Bell has been an outstanding Deputy Director who has undertaken
a most challenging post with tremendous enthusiasm and skill.

Ir. Dunning joined the Trade Development Council in 1966.
