Direction and Mombor of the Court of the University of Hong Kong. Ho was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (0.B.E.) in the 1963 New Year

Honours and has been a Justice of the Peace since May, 1961. A director of

many companies, Mr. Li is also a Member of St. John Council for Hong Kong,

St. John Ambulance Association and Brigade. He is a Fellow of the Institute

of Chartered Accountants (FCA).

The Hon. Fung Hon-chu

Mr. Fung Hon-chu, Managing Director of Li & Fung Ltd., has served as

an Acting Nominated Unofficial Member of Legislative Council on a number of

occasions since 1958. He was appointed an Unofficial Justice of the Peace

in 1960. He was awarded the Coronation Medal and the Certificate of Honour

in 1953. He is a Member of the Urban Council and the Housing Authority, a

Member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce,

a Committee Member of the Public Relations Joint Committee of the Hong Kong

General Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, a

Member of the Legislative Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries,

Vice-President of the Hong Kong Football Association, Permanent Honorary

President of the South China Athletic Association, Honorary President of a

number of social welfare institutions, a Member of the Deportation and

Detention Advisory Tribunal, a Member of the St. John Council, a Member of

the Advisory Council of the British Red Cross Society, President of the Hong

Kong Cotton Merchants Association, and Vice-President of the Fung Clansmen's

Society. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tung Wah Hospitals

in 1952 and was a Member of the Working Party of the Federation of Hong Kong

Industries and a Member of the Federation's General Committee until April, 1964.
