Officials met in London today to draw up the agenda for the Commonwealth Supply Conference which opens here on Monday,

The agenda is expected to include four main topics for discussion. These will cover, besides the all-important question of raw material sup plies, the problem of British exports of capital development goods with. out which there can be little hope of achieving rapid expansion of primary production.
