Berlin, To-day. The Reichs- bank return for the third week in August, and issued on Tuesday shows that gold stock and foreign currency decreased by 1.9 to 75.9 million Reichsmarks, goldstock alone declining by 2.0 to 70.4, while foreign currency increased by 0.1 to 5.5 million Reichsmarks.
