Materials: 126z of 4-ply woody a small quantity of Anzora, wool Not S and No. 12 needles; a crochet- bouk (medium); 14 buttons.

Measurements: Bust, 34 inches: length to underarm seâm, 14 in- chest sleeve at the underarm seam. 20 inches.

Back: Berin at the lower edze with No. 9 needles and cast on 116 stitches. Knit into the back threads of the newly cast-on stitches..

Rib 2 plain, 2 purl until the work measures 14 inches

Shape the armholes. Cast off · s stitches at the beginning of the next-2-rows and decrcase 1 stitch at each end of the needle in every other row 5 times. Kait until the armholes measure 8 inches..

Do not press in the region of the waistline on either of the fronts or the back; this will give the garment a shaped effect.

Sew up the side seams, shoulder. seams, and sleeve seams. Put the sleeves into the jumper seams to seam. Stitch buttons down the front.
