Reprimand for Nine Men.

The nine men who, on August 2. refused to embark on the Vestal at Cowes in order to effect the month- ly relief of the Calshot Spit, War- ner, Owers, and Royal Sovereign Light-vessels are' to be reprimand.. ed. and to lose a year's seniority.
