Oxberry in proposing the health of the de.. parting ones, mentioned that at present the R.A.O.B. had reached Its zenith in the Far East, due to the valuable assistance so willingly rendered by Bros. Lee, Jeffreys, Heal, Beswick, Gunn, Welham and others which had much to do in lifting it to its present high standing.
