NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, Queen's Building, Victoria, Hongkong, on TUESDAY, the 2nd day of June, 1926, at 11. o'clock in the forenoon, when the subjoined Resolutions which" were passed as Extraordinary Resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 18th day of May, 1926, will be proposed for confirmation as Special Resolutions," viz.:--
