LEGISLATION.

2. The following by-laws were made by the Board:-

The By-laws governing Aerated Water Manufactories were amended by the introduction of new by-laws prohibiting spitting in Aerated Water Manufactories. These were made by the Board on 1st March and approved by the Legislative Council on 7th April. The By-laws governing Bake Houses were amended by the introduction of new by-laws prohibiting spitting in Bake Houses.
