P.W.D. Accounts section 9/3/31. D.P.W's signature 14/3/31. Received Treasury 16/3/31. Paid 18/3/31. Over a month's delay. Mr. Ede informs me they work on a Bank Overdraft at 6%. This means for a month, a loss of $101.
