Owing to the necessary resumptions not being completed, i was impossible to proceed with this work during the year; con- sequently no expenditure was incurred.

(t.) Access Road to War Memorial Nursing Home, Stubbs Road.-A Contract was let to Mr. Un Ng Tsung on 29th Septem- ber, 1924, but very little work was done until the beginning of

1925.

The progress was satisfactory, and by the end of the year all walling and earth-work were completed.
