(t.) Access Road to War Memorial Nursing Home, Stubbs Road.-A Contract was let to Mr. Un Ng Tsung on 29th September, 1924, but very little work was done until the beginning of 1925.
The progress was satisfactory, and by the end of the year all walling and earth-work were completed.
