That if a "Voice of Britain" Broadcast transmitter is installed
it should be sited in the Cables & Wireless site.
That receivers for reception of broadcasts from U.K. India, and U.S.A. should be sited in the Cable & Wireless site.
That the existing Cable & Wireless Transmitting and Receiving sites should be enlarged to 250 acres each to accommodate aerial systems now planned and to allow for possible future expansion.
That at both the receiving and transmitting sites as much land as possible should be rented on short leases to local farmers, and that a system of causeways or embankments will be required to facilitate aerial maintenance during the season when the cultivation is under flood.
