Further to our telephone conversation yesterday, you will see from our Memo 598D/121 of todays date that a special meeting has been arranged for 1430 on Tuesday, 16th April, and that the Colonial Office are asked to send a representative. I understood that you would arrange for a representative from your Hong Kong Department to attend, and for his information I attach herewith two copies of the agreements reached at the last meeting.
