That in planning the mumber of transmitters required Cables & Wireless should, to provide against poor circuit conditions, assume each transmitter to be capable of providing only 2 channels.
That the Chairman will obtain a coordinated plan of the "Y" requirements for Hong Kong when details have been finally worked out by the appropriate authorities.
That this record of the meeting should be despatched to the signals board Hong Kong for their guidance in local planning, without prejudice to any subsequent approval which will be required to be obtained from the Service Ministries.
