Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting "police" wherever it occurs; and

(b) by deleting "Commissioner of Police" and substituting the

following-

"Director".

4. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting the colon and substituting a full stop; and (8) by deleting the proviso.

Section 4(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting “Commissioner of Police" wherever it occurs and substituting in cach place the following

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended_by_deleting "twenty-five dollars or to imprisonment for three months" and substituting the following-

"ons thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months“,
