Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and egosent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Rating (Amendment) (No. 2) Shock de Ordinance 1975.

2. Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) in subsection (4) by deleting "Where" and substituting the (p. 1160

following-

“Subject to subsection (4A), where"; and

(5) by inserting after subsection (4) the following-

"(4A) Subsection (4) shall not apply where the Governor has directed that a valuation of tenements shall be made in any other specified area and this valuation is to take effect from the same date as the first valuation of the tenements in a specified area.".
