13. Sections 11 and 12 of the principal Ordinance are re- pealed and replaced by the following-

All instruments requiring the signature of the corporation shall be signed by, and all deeds and other instruments requiring the seal of the corporation shall be sealed in the presence of, the President and one of the persons specified in section 9(1)(b), (c) and (d), 12. All matters of internal management shall be management. settled and carried out in accordance with the by- laws and rules of The Scout Association, and with the Constitution, by-laws and rules of the Hong Kong Branch thereof.”.

An Ordinance to amend the Public Order Ordinance.

(4th April, 1975)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Order (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1975.

Section 33 of the principal Ordinagée is amended by adding the Amesdreen af following new subsection after subsection (7)—–—–—–

"(8) In this section “public place" includes a common part of any premises notwithstanding that the public or a section of the public are not entitled or permitted to have access to such common part or such premises."
