An Ordinance to amend the Buildings Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1973.

2. Section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended, in subsection (1), by substituting semicolon for the full stop at the end of paragraph (c) and by inserting after paragraph (0) the following new paragraph--

"(p) in the case of building works to be carried out on a site which in his opinion ought to be provided with streets having adequate connexion to a public street, he is not satisfied that such streets are or will be provided.".
