An Ordinance to provide for the restriction for a limited period of building works in the Pok Fu Lam and Mid-levels areas of Hong Kong,

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Temporary Restric- tion of Building Development (Pok Fu Lam and Mid-levels) Ordinance 1973.

Short title.

2. (1) In this Ordinance unless the context otherwise Interpretation. requires

"Building Authority" means the Director of Public Works;
