stating that a woman is or was at any date or is not or was not at any dale duly registered shall be evidence in all courts of law of the facts stated in such certificate until the contrary is proved.".
3.
Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended by de- leting subsection (2) and substituting the following-
"(2) Any costs awarded in pursuance of subsection (1) may be recovered as a civil debt.”.
