An Ordinance to amend the Midwives Registration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Midwives Registra- Short title. tion (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by de- leting subsections (5) and (6) and substituting the following-
*(9) The Board shall cause to be published in the Gazette in relation to successive periods, în such manner as the Board may think fit and at intervals of not more than twelve months, lists of all women whose names have been entered in, removed from or restored to the register during these periods.
(6) A certificate purporting to be under the seal of the Board and signed by the chairman or secretary of the Board
