An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Urban Services

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Services (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1973.

2. Section 83B of the principal Ordinance is amended by-

(a) deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following- *(1) No person shall hawk in any street except in accordance with a licence issued under regula- tions made under section 83A.";

(b) deleting subsection (2); and
