Amendment of

Section 868.

(c) deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following- "(3) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.".

3. Section 86 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by—

(2) substituting a comma for the full stop at the end of the

subsection; and

(b) inserting, after "committed," the following-

"and may cause such equipment or commodity to be removed to and kept at the risk of its owner at a Government depot or police station, or any other place approved by the Authority, pending its dis- posal under this Part.".

1 Section 86B of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by-

(a) substituting a comma for the full stop at the end of the

subsection; and

(b) inserting, after "offence. the following-
