An Ordinance to amend the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraven-
tions) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fixed Penalty Short title. (Traffic Contraventions) (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting the definition of "registered owner" and substituting the following-
"registered owner" means-
(a) the person in whose name a motor vehicle is registered under the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations; and
