Amendment of section 31.

(li) any document which relates to the origin

or nature of any article or which he suspects to be relevant to an offence under this Ordin- ance; or

(ii) any record or other document required to be kept by this Ordinance;

(d) examine and take copies of any licence or of any record or document referred to in paragraph (c)"

3. Section 31 of the principal Ordinance is amended jo subsection (1) by inserting, after paragraph (z), the following-

“(za) requiring any person to whom a licence has been issued to keep such records or documents as may be prescribed or as the Director may determine;",
