3. Section 31 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by inserting, after paragraph (z), the following-Y

"(ze) requiring any person to whom a licence has been issued to keep such records or documents as may be prescribed or as the Director may determine:".

An Ordinance to amend the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Com- pensation (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

2. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1)—

(a) by deleting "and" at the end of paragraph (a); and (b) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following new

paragraph-

"(ao) in the case of a combination of injuries specified

in the First Schedule, the aggregate of the com- pensation which would have been payable in respect of the injuries; and",
