An Ordinance to amend the Import and Export Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Import and Export (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

1 Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1)—

(4) in paragraph (a), by deleting "and" in the second place

where it occurs and substituting the following-

(6) by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d) and substituting the

following-

"(c) require the production of-

(i) any licence;
