RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 9 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance on the 15th December 1971.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Criminal Appeal (Amend- ment) Rules 1971, made by the Chief Justice on the 2nd December 1971, be approved.
