INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES
ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 1).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, the Governor bereby orders that—
(a) the Definition of “British Territory" is amended by deleting "Fiji”, “Guyana". "Mauritius", "Sierra Leone”. "The Gambia" and "Tonga", and inserting—-
(i) after "Commonwealth of Australia (and its de- pendencies)" the following-
"Fiji"; and
(ii) after "Malta" the following-
"Mauritius"; and
(b) the Definition of "Commonwealth" is amended by inserting, in the appropriate place in the alphabetical order having regard to the initial letter of each of them. the following-
"Guyana": "Nauru":
"Sierra Leone";
"The Gambia":
"Touga":
*Western Samoa".
