CRIMINAL APPEAL (AMENDMENT) RULES 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance. the Chief Justice has made the following rules--
I. These rules may be cited as the Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1971 and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) (No. 4) Ordinance 1971.
2. The Schedule to the principal rules is amended- (a) in FORM IA and Form IB by deleting "Ordinary Criminal
Session holden at Victoria for the month of

(6) in Form III by deleting "Criminal Sessions for the
month of", and substituting the following-
"Supreme Court on the";
(c) in FORM IX by deleting "Criminal Session for the month held at Victoria" and
of

substituting the following-—
"Supreme Court";
(d) in Form XXXI by deleting "Criminal Sessions for the month of* in both places where it occurs and substituting in both places the following-
"Supreme Court on the”.
