PROTECTION OF WOMEN AND JUVENILES (PLACES OF REFUGE) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2A of the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Protection of Women and Juveniles (Places of Refuge) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1971.

1. Kwai Chung Girls' Home is declared to be a place of refuge for the purposes of the Ordinance,

3. The Schedule to the principal order is amended by insert- ing after item 5 the following new item-

"6. Kwai Chung Girls' Home.”.
