PRISONS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 234).

PRISONS (DISCONTINUANCE OF USE OF LAI CHI KOK PRISON) ORDER 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Prisons (Discontinuance of Use of Lai Chi Kok Prison) Order 1969.

2. The Lai Chi Kok Prison shall discontinue to be used for the purpose of a prison.

The Schedule to the Prisons Order 1969 is amended by deleting “Lai Chi Kok Prison.".
