TRAINING CENTRES ORDINANCE, (Chapter 280).

LAI CHI KOK TRAINING CENTRE DECLARATION 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Training Centres Ordinance, the Governor hereby makes the following declaration—

1. This declaration may be cited as the Lai Chi Kok Training Centre Declaration 1969.

2. The site and buildings at Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, hitherto known as Lai Chi Kok Prison, shall be used for the purposes of a training centre, which shall be known as the Lai Chi Kok Training Centre.
