EXCLUDED FERRIES (MA ON SHAN AND HO TUNG LAU) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations—~~-~-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Excluded Ferries (Ma On Shan and Ho Tung Lau) (Amendment) Regulations 1969.

1. The proviso to regulation 2 of the Excluded Ferries (Ma On Shan and Ho Tung Lau) Regulations is amended by deleting “1969" and substituting the following:
