PRISONS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 234).

TAI LAM WOMEN'S PRISON ORDER 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order—–

1. This order may be cited as the Tai Lam Women's Prison Order 1969.

2. The buildings numbering 2, 3, 5 (excluding hospital wards SA, SB and 5C), 6, 7A, 8 and 9 and situate at Tai Lam in the New Territories on the site hitherto known as the Tai Lam Women's Prison Site are collectively set apart for the purpose of a prison which shall be known as the Tai Lam Women's Prison.
